Studio Saffron — Return & Refund Policy Effective date: December 23rd, 2025

Thank you for shopping with Studio Saffron. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final Beyond 24 Hours Post-Purchase At Studio Saffron we do not accept returns or modifications beyond 24 hours after purchase. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure that every item delivered is brand new and in its original condition.

Within the initial 24 hour window, refund requests are subject to internal review and may be approved at our discretion. In the event a refund is issued, it will cover the purchase price of the product only. Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable as these are allocated immediately upon fulfilment.

Refunds To be eligible for a refund the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be received by the customer
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at Support@studiosaffronstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs

Our team will review your request and work with you to find the best possible resolution.

Returns If a return is approved, the item must be shipped to the designated return address provided by our support team. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
